I learnt how I could position myself as a solution to a business problem – a very useful insight. I definitely have a stronger sense of what makes me valuable to a business and this, in turn, has helped me re-establish my confidence. I walked away from the program with clear direction, clarity and confidence as I move towards the next step in my career.
